Hello to all our 31st Annual SPALS Conference attendees,
Some information to help you prepare and benefit from our conference:
1.) Many speakers are providing digital links for their session handouts, so please bring your electronic devices to capture that information. So no handouts on the website this year.
2.) Parking is a premium, while there is valet parking and parking at the hotel. The hotel recommends the parking lot next to the hotel, as it tends to have reasonable parking rates.
Street parking is not recommended as there is an online payment process that allow a maximum of only two hour parking at a time.
3.) While this is a new location for our conference, sessions rooms traditionally run cool, so pack a sweater.
4.) Please share with colleagues who are planning to register on-site that it is available but there will be an added "convenience charge".
5.) The best for last, EIS will be sponsoring our "Pink Out!" theme so please pack some pink to wear for FUN and FABULOUS social with refreshments and music, colleagues and friends directly after our SPALS General Meeting!
